Placing An Order
We look forward to being your #1 source for quality master lock products and want to make the ordering process go as smoothly as possible for you. Prior to placing your order, we encourage you to contact us by phone, email or FAX with your questions and other specific ordering information. Once you are ready to place your order, here are some things that you should know:
Cancellation/Change Policy
Due to the nature of the Made-to-Order Custom products that we provide, Southeast Lock Supply cannot accept any cancellations or returns once your order has been placed. Please make certain that the information that you provide to us is correct. Any additions will require a separate order.
Key Control
If you are ordering locks with key control and wish to match the locks on your order to an existing key used by your facility, specify the key number stamped on the face of the key. Otherwise, please indicate "New System" on your order.
Shipping Information
All products ship directly from MasterLock and freight is prepaid on orders with 360 key controlled combination locks. Call for prepaid requirements on other models. Otherwise, shipping charges will be added to your order.
Credit Card Purchases
We accept most major credit cards with a 3.5% fee. Because lock orders are custom and specific to each customer, your card will be charged at the time that the order is placed with the manufacturer. Shipping charges will be applied to your order.
Company Issued Check
Call us toll free 1-888-590-5625. We will send you an estimate that will include estimated shipping charges. Upon receipt of your check, we will complete the processing of your order. Our mailing address is:
